Synopsis
eValid will provide product licenses and fully provisioned and tested Rich Internet Application (RIA) monitoring scripts integrated with your existing network monitoring solution.

Detailed Description
eValid provides both product licenses and a service component in this offering:

• Product Configuration
  This configuration of licenses is the most-common one used, providing for an RIA script creation and modification station (the Master Station), one internal LAN playback agent station, and one external (customer view) playback agent station.

  Here are the product versions included in this package:

  • 1 Standard Master Station
    Full featured eValid engine suitable for creation and checkout of RIA scripts. Includes the PROF, GEN, BATCH, and MULT product features. As an option you can expand to an AJAX Master Station by adding the PAGEMAP feature; you will need this version if you plan to monitor very-complex AJAX-type sites.

  • 2 Standard Agent Stations
    eValid playback only engines suitable for regular execution of eValid scripts and reduction of collected data in a form suitable for insertion in your network monitoring solution. Includes the PLAY, GEN, BATCH, and MULT product features. As an option you can expand to an AJAX Agent Station by adding the PAGEMAP feature; you will need this version if you plan to monitor very-complex AJAX-type sites.

  • Support Subscription
    The eValid licenses are fully supported with the standard eValid Maintenance Subscription, which includes technical support and product upgrades throughout the subscription period.

• Script & Provisioning Services
  The Monitoring Script Provisioning Services that are part of this offer include the following main features:
  • Telephone consult to understand the desired monitoring script functionality.
  • Creation and perfection of two RIA monitoring scripts, no step or size limits (~100 second plyaback time limit).
  • Installation of "benchmark points" in the scripts.
  • Integration of the RIA monitoring process into the customer's network monitoring support system.
  • Followup support if the web application changes beyond the ability of eValid's Adaptive Playback feature's ability to compensate.
