Report Delivery
WebSite HealthCheck™ Service service reports are delivered
via the internet on private pages within the eValid WebSite.
Availability is normally within ~5 business days after request
for non-subscription reports, depending on workload.
Subscription reports can be scheduled for
processing on specific days of the month or week.
Report Specification
All reports are based on a single URL
called the report base page
which is user specified and must be accessible on the Web.
For Professional HealthCheck™ service levels the customer may also specify
the file size and time limits and other parameters as indicated in the table.
Access to login-protected areas requires complete login data; a non-disclosure agreement is maintained around such data. Analysis of WebSites with more than 25,000 links are usually done from different base pages within the WebSite to minimize the complexity of the generated reports; such WebSites may require multiple subscriptions.
Additional Details
Information generated in the reports is based on data retrieved by
eValid over the web during a particular time interval
and therefore should not be ordered for sites
that are undergoing maintenance.
