General Introduction
The eValid Site Analysis Preferences GUI controls how a search is performed, decides a range of options on how to report the results of the search, and provides access to the outputs generated during a scan. During the scan a series of Site Analysis Filters are applied to each page that is downloaded. At the end of a scan you can view all of the reports you've selected using the Site Analysis Report Selection page.

• Site Analysis Preferences
  These preferences allow you to set eValid's search and scan engine to look at the particular website that you want to look at in detail.
  • Site and Limits
    There are two major part of this set of preferences.
    • Select Domains
      Here you select where you want your scan to start, which domains to include and exclude,

  • Search Links of Type
    You can control the mode of search in terms of the kinds of files that you are examining and the kinds of protocols that you are using for the search.

• Site Analysis Filters
  The other part of site analysis is setting up the filters to apply to each page that is visited during the scan.
