Be sure you have an eValid script loaded into the Script Window and make sure you have executed it, so that the EventLog is the one that corresponds to the script.

Please make sure you identify yourself -- include your Customer ID (CID) number if you know it -- and any special instructions.

Send Scipt
Click "Submit Script to eValid" to send both the current script and the current eventlog to eValid for detailed analysis.
