This page explains the eValid Virtual Machine Policy as it affects
your license.
General Rules
Here are the general guidelines of this policy:
The standard license for eValid provides for one or multiple users on one
machine identifed with a HostName or MAC address.
The standard license does not allow nor authorize use of eValid on
a Virtual Machine, where the values for the HostName or MAC address arise
from simulated hardware.
Use of eValid on a virtual machine may be within the constraints
of your license, but you should not assume that.
